2. QUOTES AND PAID RESERVATIONS.

When sending a quote (budget based on a request), MULTISERVICIOS MALINOWSKI S.R.L., sends the price in US dollars. 3. COLLECTION POLICY

The price will not undergo changes or modifications as long as the product or service has payment confirmation.

4. PROOF OF PAYMENT.

MULTISERVICIOS MALINOWSKI S.R.L., issues Electronic Tickets and Invoices. The user will be solely responsible for entering the correct RUC number before finalizing the purchase, as well as the identification document with which they will make the trip.

Services for foreign and national tourists are not affected by VAT. 5. CONDITIONS OF TOURIST PACKAGES.

In addition to what is stated in the general requirements, the following must be considered:

Prices are per person based on the regular rate.

The published rates may have an increase during the following festive times of the year: Easter (March or April), National Holidays (July 28 and 29) and New Year.

Minimum stock of 03 packages per departure.

Fares cannot be transferred to other passengers.

The contracted services must be used on the date, time and other conditions indicated in the reservation. If the client or user does not show up or does not give prior notice of a possible delay, MULTISERVICIOS MALINOWSKI S.R.L., will consider it as NO SHOW (did not show up), being under their power to cancel the reservation and dispose of the services at their discretion. , the client or end user cannot request a total or partial refund of what was paid or the restitution of the service.

The transfers are in regular service.

The tickets that will be needed in the packages to enter the Protected Natural Areas will be delivered upon entering the attraction.

Passengers are responsible for complying with all safety instructions indicated by the environmental interpreter and/or Tour Leader in charge of the tours, which guarantee the correct development of the activities to be carried out. The Company is not responsible for accidents caused by contempt.

The itinerary of our tours and/or packages may vary due to external factors beyond our control, such as natural events, and/or disturbances of public order such as strikes, demonstrations, etc. In this case, the environmental interpreter and/or Tour Leader in charge of the tour and/or packages may rethink the logistics or postpone the trip in order to safeguard the integrity of all members of the outing.

MULTISERVICIOS MALINOWSKI S.R.L. is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings during the activities, tours or contracted packages.

We reserve the right to take photographs, record or film during the development of the Tour and to use the resulting photographs and videos for promotional purposes on mass media channels such as social networks, etc. By registering for the tour, the passenger allows their image to appear in our advertising media.

6. CANCELLATION OF TOURIST PACKAGES.

Once the sale is closed, any data correction is subject to payment of a penalty of 10% of the rate plus administrative expenses. Other types of modifications must be consulted individually with your travel advisor.

To cancel or cancel the tour package(s), this must be done up to 20 days before the start of your tour package. However, in this case the refund will be subject to a penalty of 20% of the contracted price, as well as administrative expenses.

If the cancellation is made up to 5 days before the start of your tourist package, the penalty will be 50% of the service.

If the cancellation is made outside of the days mentioned above, the penalty will be 100% of the service, that is, no type of refund will be considered for any reason.

If you do not attend on the day of the service, it will be considered "Done" without any Claims, Postponements or Returns.

If you decide to withdraw before the end of the service, no refund applies.

Certain services may be interrupted or canceled due to weather conditions, force majeure or other reasons beyond the control of the travel agency, airlines, suppliers or partners. No refunds will be granted as a result of these interruptions or cancellations beyond our and the operators' control.

8. DOCUMENTS REQUIRED TO CARRY OUT THE TRIP AND/OR TOUR

The client as a consumer and/or user of the service has the duty to inform themselves about the documentation that they may need to carry out their trip and/or Tour according to the chosen itinerary. It is requested to carry out the corresponding verifications in advance if you require a passport, visas, vaccines, permits for minors or other document requirements that are required in the chosen destination within Peru. 9. FOR DOMESTIC TRAVEL.

In the case of Peruvian passengers within the national territory, you must have the national identity document (DNI). For foreigners it will be the valid Passport or Immigration Card.

10. TRIP OF MINORS.

Minors can take the trip and/or tour as long as they travel with one of the parents. If you are not traveling with anyone, you must obtain authorization from the father or mother who will not travel.

The validity of the permit and details of said authorization for both cases must be validated by a notary.

11. VACCINES.

It is important that the passenger or Registered User carry out verifications of the health requirements before embarking on a trip to the chosen destination since these could change from one moment to the next. We recommend comparing it with the official entities within Peru.
